THE URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE JOBS SCHOLARSHIP ACT
Bill S-1607, The Urban Enterprise Zone Jobs Scholarship Act, which will provide scholarships for as many as 20,000 low-income students in eight New Jersey cities, passed the State Senate’s Economic Growth Committee on May 9th. This is a great victory.
